Content Quartile Events -
THEOplayer, Video.js and Brightcove video playersWe now fire a content completion event whenever a user reaches a point in the video that is 25%, 50% or 75% of the duration for these supported players.
Ad Rendition Data -
HTML5 Native PlayerDatazoom users can now monitor which particular encoding variant is being used during the playback of an Ad. Detect when these changes occur and capture details about the resolution and bitrate that is being served.
Initial Integration -
Kaltura and Ooyala video playersIntroducing Kaltura and Ooyala as supported players which are now configurable for our customers with a basic set of Event, FluxData, and Metadata. Additional data points will be rolled out in further releases.
Expanded Data Point Support -
THEOplayer We've expanded the supported data points collected from THEOPlayer to include Client Metadata such as Browser, OS, Device Type, Device ID, User Agent, and IP Address as well as an Event for First Frame for calculating QoE metrics dependent on playback initiation such as Time to Start.
