Custom Data Points

Now you can capture data that comes from other sources besides your video player. Using our custom methods, you can instrument any event or metadata point that you'd like to capture to supplement the video player data you're already collecting. CUSTOM EVENTS can be fired at any time you choose based on user behavior or system event. This could be a button click, user search, page load, etc. Custom Events can contain any amount of additional attributes to help describe the event. Custom events will automatically contain all of the other metadata and FluxData that is configured for your Collector. CUSTOM METADATA allows you to add additional metadata attributes to all events fired by the Datazoom Collector. This is an ideal way to add data that's not available in your video player to all of your video playback events.   

Loggly Connector

Loggly is now an available Connector point where you can send any of your collected data. Simply create a new Connector configuration & add it to one of your Data Pipes.
