Akamai Android Events

Added support for advertising events on the Akamai AMP player for Android.  These events include all basic playback functionality during ads plus Ad Quartile tracking.  See the latest Akamai AMP (Android) Supported Data Points for full list of supported data points.

Akamai iOS Metadata

Additional metadata fields including title, resolution and advertising id are now included for the Akamai AMP player for iOS.  See the latest Akamai AMP (iOS) Supported Data Points for full list of supported data points.

Various Bug Fixes

Several bug fixes related to metadata values and data formats have been resolved.  One specific bug on iOS that was addressed saw Quartile events incorrectly being fired during Live content.
