Introducing MapR as a new supported Connector. With our initial integration, Datazoom will provide normalized, multi-source data into MapR's single computer cluster to power deep analytics and AI. 

Expanded Data Point Support - JWPlayer, HTML5 Player, and More

HTML5 Ad FluxData

A new Ad_FluxData event will be fired on HTML5 players during client-side ad playback. This event will track ad specific variable data points that occur during ad playback to better monitor ad quality performance, isolating ad playback from content playback.

JWPlayer Ad Quartile Events

Datazoom will now fire an ad quartile event whenever a user reaches a point in an advertisement that is 25%, 50% or 75% of the duration for ads rendered via JWPlayer. At 100% we will fire an ad complete event.

Additional Player Metadata, Client Metadata & Content Quartile Events

More data points and events for Akamai AMP, Ooyala, Plyr, and Vimeo players including various metadata fields such as fullscreen status, player state, and streaming protocol. Also included are metadata from the client such as OS, Browser, ASN, etc. In addition we've added content quartile events, fired whenever a user reaches a point in the video that is 25%, 50% or 75% of the duration for these supported players.
